Bacolod Chicken Inasal is as famous as our Masskara festival. Its one of the icons of the City of Bacolod. Whenever my friends from Manila or Cebu visit the City, they don’t want to miss the juicy chicken inasal. For them, their trip is not worth it if they will not try the original. In Manila, Chicken Inasal can be found anywhere. But for them, nothing beats the original.

Chicken Inasal tastes even better with “sawsawan”; a mixture of soysauce, calamansi and “sinamak” (vinegar with chili). It comes with plain rice or garlic rice. Others even enjoy pouring the “mantika” (chicken oil) on their rice and eat with their own bare hands. That makes eating more exciting, right?.

One of the best here in bacolod is the chicken inasal they called. And the place here in bacolod are very great here to live in for the retirement for the family its all here the food and restfully place.
